Yonas Abrah, President
Yonas Abrah serves as President of Alpha Omega Treatment Centers and brings more than eight years of experience in behavioral health and community-based services. He is passionate about serving the community and creating supportive environments where individuals can find stability, recovery, and a path forward.
Yonas’ leadership is grounded in compassion, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping others. At Alpha Omega, he remains focused on building strong programs, supporting staff, and ensuring clients receive respectful, quality care throughout their recovery journey.
Lonnie Reed, C.E.O.
Lonnie Reed serves as CEO of Alpha Omega Treatment Centers, bringing extensive experience in behavioral health operations, program development, compliance, and community-based care. A Certified Community Health Worker in Arizona and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Lonnie has worked across substance use disorder and mental health programs with a focus on strengthening operations, developing staff, and improving access to quality treatment.
Lonnie also serves on the Arizona Behavioral Health Planning Council, where he contributes his frontline and operational experience to conversations surrounding Arizona’s behavioral health system. His leadership at Alpha Omega is centered on accountability, compassionate care, and creating programs that help individuals build lasting stability and independence.
Lindsay Deason Frye, LIAC, Clinical Director
Lindsay Deason, Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC), serves as the Clinical Director at Alpha Omega Treatment Centers, bringing a strong commitment to compassionate care and lasting recovery. With roots in the Phoenix community, Lindsay focuses on substance use disorders, addiction recovery, relapse prevention, and individualized treatment planning. Her approach incorporates trauma-informed care and evidence-based addiction counseling to help individuals recognize triggers, develop healthier coping strategies, and strengthen their recovery supports.
Lindsay collaborates with mental health and medical professionals to coordinate care for individuals with co-occurring mental health needs. Through clinical leadership and addiction counseling, she supports a welcoming environment where individuals can build resilience, work toward their recovery goals, and develop a foundation for long-term wellness. Her dedication to individualized care reflects Alpha Omega’s mission of restoring hope and empowering lives.
Noorya Habib, PMHNP-BC
Noorya is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) at our outpatient clinic, specializing in substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions.
She blends evidence-based psychiatric care—such as medication management—with holistic, natural approaches like lifestyle changes, nutrition, mindfulness, and whole-person support to create personalized treatment plans.
In a calm, non-judgmental environment, Noorya listens closely and collaborates with you on goals for recovery, whether addressing addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, or dual diagnosis.
Her focus is compassionate, practical care that helps you build lasting tools for wellness and a stronger sense of self.

Robert serves as the Business Development and Outpatient Supervisor at Alpha Omega Treatment Centers, playing a vital role in both program operations and community engagement. With a passion for behavioral health and helping individuals access life-changing services, Robert specializes in community outreach, strategic partnerships, referral development, client engagement, and care coordination. His hands-on leadership approach bridges the gap between clinical services and community resources, ensuring individuals receive the support they need throughout their recovery journey. Dedicated to expanding access to quality treatment throughout the Phoenix area, Robert brings energy, compassion, and a commitment to building meaningful relationships that strengthen both the organization and the communities it serves.
Dawn Dixon, Community Relations
Dawn Dixon serves as Community Relations Manager at Alpha Omega Treatment Centers, bringing years of experience in behavioral health, community outreach, and direct client support. With deep roots and longstanding relationships within the communities she serves, Dawn brings a personal understanding and genuine passion to connecting individuals and families with the support they need.
In addition to building community partnerships and strengthening Alpha Omega’s outreach efforts, Dawn remains actively involved in direct client care each day. Her hands-on approach allows her to build meaningful relationships with clients while helping bridge the gap between treatment, community resources, and long-term recovery.

Our 90-day residential program offers an individualized therapy approach within a structured, supportive environment, specifically designed to assist individuals in overcoming substance use challenges, including opioid use, and developing lasting recovery skills. During your stay, you can expect a blend of individual therapy, group sessions, life skills development, and case management tailored to your unique needs. This program emphasizes personal growth, accountability, and wellness, equipping you with the tools necessary for long-term sobriety. With peer-driven support and staff experienced in mental health recovery, our goal is to help you rebuild your life, enhance coping strategies, and prepare for a successful transition back into your community, whether you pursue an Intensive Outpatient Program or other pathways in substance use treatment.

AO’s sober living homes provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment that reinforces accountability and recovery, essential for successful mental health recovery. Our homes are designed to complement the Intensive Outpatient Program by promoting stability, peer support, and healthy daily routines, which are crucial for those undergoing substance use treatment related to opioid use.
Sober Living Services
While living in AO’s sober homes, clients receive ongoing case management and reintegration support, which includes access to individualized therapy as part of their mental health recovery. This support encompasses assistance with employment, appointments, life skills, and community resources, helping clients build independence, stability, and a successful transition back into daily life, especially for those engaging in an Intensive Outpatient Program or seeking substance use treatment for opioid use.
